The character of "Amr ibn al-Aas" is one of the most important figures in Islamic history, due to the nature of his upbringing in a solid environment that glorifies chivalry and celebrates courage. He was one of the Arab knights who were good at riding horses and sword fighting. Amr worked in trade for a period of his life, so he traveled a lot, and became acquainted with different customs and habits; This gave him experience that is worthy of consideration in dealings and negotiations; therefore, he was at the head of the delegation that Quraish sent to the Negus to hand over the Muslim immigrants (before Amr converted to Islam). Then Amr realized with his insight and intelligence that the best of both worlds is combined in the new religion; so he pledged allegiance to the Prophet on Islam, volunteering his capabilities and genius to serve the new religion, and his brilliance as a seasoned military leader appeared in more than one Muslim raid, until he reached his greatest and most important work, which is the conquest of Egypt, then he took over its rule, politicizing its affairs with brilliance, so Egypt served Islam and became the jewel in its crown.
