This book is a brief explanation by the scholar Sheikh Ahmed Al-Sejai (d. 1197 AH) on the summary of Sahih Al-Bukhari by Ibn Abi Jamrah (d. 675 AH) called Jam’ Al-Nihaya fi Badi’ Al-Khair wa Al-Ghayah, which he summarized from the entirety of Sahih Al-Bukhari into three hundred hadiths and more. This explanation is considered the summary of the explanations of Al-Bukhari, as the commentator relied on the Shafi’i school of thought in his jurisprudential issues. He followed the path of brevity - taking into account the shortcomings of the ambitions - while clarifying the meanings and making the expression easy, without boring prolongation or harmful abbreviation. The book is rich in rhetorical meanings and linguistic benefits, with translations of the narrators and explanations of hadith terminology, so it is an enjoyable and beneficial explanation for whoever reads it or looks at it, God willing.
